• Created an information architecture that makes relevant resources and related questions easily discoverable while providing clear direction on the next step a person should take.

• Partnered with data science to come up with a model to detect clusters of commonly asked questions around topics to provide people more ways to research before committing to asking a question.

• Tested social proof messaging and awards to encourage lawyers to give thoughtful answers.

• Optimized the Ask a Question experience to maximize completion rates and increase the number of lawyer responses.
